Hi! I'm Laura and I'm 27 years old, from Melbourne, Australia. I study Laboratory Medicine and I feel I know a lot about health and lifestyle and I'd really like to share that with whoever will listen! I absolutely love makeup! I've loved makeup since I was about 12 years old, maybe even before that but I don't quite remember! My uni is colloquially known as the uni that everyone seems to dress up for and I think I totally play up to that! My favourite part of the day is putting my makeup on in the morning!

Makeup should be fun. It should be something that someone wants to do and be a part of. I feel the age of 'being natural' and 'being yourself' is behind us and has made way for people to express themselves creatively and however they like. That's not to say that being natural is not a good thing or that people must wear makeup to look good. But I think that we are finally in a time where somebody, female or male, can wear what they want, or don't want, on their face and not be judged for it. I feel the taboo of wearing makeup has finally completely vanished and we can celebrate the fun it is to explore makeup! X
